Shopback - I Can't Believe It's Real
A cheeky, hyper-targeted TVC to promote the Shopback App, which aired during Married at First Sight (Channel 9) and catch up screenings of Love Island on 9Now.
Poem and Shopback approached Sure Studios with the objective of creating a cheeky, hyper-targeted TVC to appeal to Shopback’s fastest growing segment; millennials.
Working closely with Poem, Sure Studios workshopped the concept and turned it around into a full-scale TVC utilising talent from some of Australia’s noisiest reality TV shows. With the addition of stills taken on set, we delivered a full circle suite of content to be used across Shopback’s social channels, to ensure the target audience were being consistently and proactively engaged across all touch points on all platforms.
To amplify the impact of the content at release, Shopback leveraged the social followings of the talent by having them post it on their Instagram’s at the same time. With this in mind, we wanted to ensure the Shopback logo had prominence and visibility when being exposed to these millions of potential new customers, so we created a custom bumper as well as a screen replace where the App comes into view. This ensured the brand was front and centre and clearly communicated in the content, even if the viewer was watching the content with sound off.
