Groovin the Moo
Sure Studios has worked with Cattleyard Promotions on Groovin the Moo since 2016.
Initially filming only a couple of show days and growing the relationship to become their go-to content agency; creating everything from the announcement videos, to all touring content and everything in between.
In 2018, 2019 and 2020, yeahsure. worked closely with the Cattleyard team to ideate the concepts for, and create, the line-up announcement videos. Keeping the yearly theme, social media trends and the audience at the forefront, we were able to collaboratively produce two of their highest-performing line-up announcement videos to-date.
While announcement videos naturally have high engagement rates, they still often see a huge decline in views after 3 seconds, and we wanted to break this trend. Ensuring the video’s didn’t exceed 60 seconds, creating effective social cut-downs in appropriate specs and adding eye-catching graphics got these videos to an average view time of 20 seconds - over 5 x the social benchmark!
On top of this, we joined the team on tour as their touring content team, producing content on-site for live uploads, which resulted in a 380% increase in engagements of event day content from previous years.
